Until now, responding to question reports was a manual process. Someone on our team would review your flag and write back — which meant you were waiting. Sometimes that wait was longer than we’d like.
We just launched AI Responses to Reports to fix that.
Flag any question directly in-app using the flag icon on the question screen. Write a brief explanation of what you think is wrong — a code reference, a calculation, a wording issue — and submit it.
Our AI immediately reviews your report and sends you a response. No waiting on a human to circle back. You get an answer right away.
What makes this accurate is what’s behind it. Our AI has been trained on every report we’ve ever received — every flag, every response, every correction and confirmation going back through our entire history. That means when you submit a report, the AI isn’t guessing. It’s drawing on a deep record of how our certified subject matter experts have reviewed and resolved similar issues before, and applying that knowledge to your specific report.
If the AI can confidently address your concern, it will — with a specific explanation grounded in the question, the correct answer, and prior review history. If your report raises something new or uncertain, it gets routed directly to one of our certified subject matter experts for a full review. And if a question is found to be incorrect, it gets corrected immediately. You’ll be notified with a full explanation of what changed and why.
